The sound of
the room.
Worship isn't the warm-up act before the message — it's the family lifting its voice together. Our team's job is to get out of the way and help the room meet God.
Not a performance.
A response.
We're not here to put on a show. Worship is what happens when people who've been saved, freed, and restored can't help but say thank you. The lights and the songs just give it somewhere to go.
So we chase excellence — not to impress anyone, but because God is worth our best — and we hold it loosely, because the moment was never about us.
Three teams, one sound.
Band
Drums, bass, keys, guitars — the musicians who carry the room week in and week out.
Vocals
Worship leaders and singers who lead from the front and help the whole room find its voice.
Production
Audio, lighting, and stage — the team in the back making sure everything serves the moment.
Acoustic sessions.
Every so often we trade the full band for a stripped-back acoustic take and post it straight to our socials. Follow along.

If you're a musician, vocalist, or tech-minded and you love the local church, we'd love to meet you. There's room on the team for the gift God gave you.
One catch: worship is the one team that auditions — we'll have you play or sing with us so we can find your best fit. Everyone else at Compassion? Just show up.
